I even fell out of the raft twice. And I was the only one out of our group to fall out of the raft at all (other than the guide). The guide was in the back of the raft, which gets the biggest bumps, and he ended up getting launched into me both those times and we both fell in. The river was also a lot warmer than I thought it would be, which helped. I think the thing I was most nervous about was getting cold and hypothermic, but it was fine.
Half way through our trip we stopped to have a snack and to go cliff jumping. I'm terrified of heights and was panicking and crying 'cause I didn't want to jump, but my brother finally convinced me. I had to hold his hand and close my eyes. I'm such a baby. But I did it and I was happy! Happy that I lived, that is. I don't think I'd do it ever again.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitly go white water rafting again.

First, know that your words have power. Over your environment, the people you meet, friends and family, and most especially, over you. Then realize that you have power over your words.
